With these plug patches, you can quickly and effectively repair perforations and get your tyre back on the road.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo use these plug patches, follow these instructions:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eLocate and mark the perforation on the outside of the tyre.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRemove the tyre from the vehicle and mark the puncture on the inside.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eExtract any perforating objects from the puncture and clean the surrounding area with a damp cloth.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eNote the angle of penetration.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eOnce you have assessed the extent of the damage, choose the appropriate “plug patch” and drill out the puncture to the appropriate size from the inside at the correct angle (drilling speed should be between 1500 and 5000rpm).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eDraw a circle slightly larger than the “plug patch”.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eLightly buff the area until the curing bladder pattern disappears (buffing speed should be between 1500 and 5000rpm).
